Burmese Cookbook is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.

In plain language: when a recipe, the pantry guide, or the equipment guide links to a product on Amazon and you buy something after clicking, we may earn a small commission. It costs you nothing and never changes the price you pay.

What we will and won’t do

• We link to the kind of product we’d buy ourselves — and where a jarred shortcut is honestly worse, the recipe says so before the link does.
• We never accept payment from brands for placement, and no manufacturer sees a recipe before you do.
• Fresh ingredients — fish, produce, herbs — are deliberately never linked. You can’t buy a banana stem worth eating on the internet.

Every affiliate link on the site carries a rel="sponsored" attribute, and monetized blocks carry a visible note. If you ever find one that doesn’t, that’s a bug — we’d like to know.
